Refunds

Because ChorifIQ subscriptions are purchased through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), refund requests must be directed to those platforms — ChorifIQ cannot process refunds directly.

Apple handles refund requests for App Store purchases:

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID.
  3. Find your ChorifIQ purchase and select Request a Refund.
  4. Choose a reason and submit.

Apple typically reviews refund requests within a few days.

Google handles refund requests for Google Play purchases:

  1. Go to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
  2. Find your ChorifIQ subscription.
  3. Tap Manage → Cancel Subscription, then select I’d like to request a refund if prompted.

Alternatively, contact Google Play support directly.

Refunds are subject to Apple’s and Google’s refund policies. In general:

  • iOS: Refunds are typically available within 14 days of purchase at Apple’s discretion.
  • Android: Google Play may offer refunds within 48 hours of purchase; longer windows require direct support.

ChorifIQ does not have visibility into refund decisions — they are made entirely by Apple or Google.
