Refunds
Because ChorifIQ subscriptions are purchased through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), refund requests must be directed to those platforms — ChorifIQ cannot process refunds directly.
Request a Refund on iOS
Section titled “Request a Refund on iOS”Apple handles refund requests for App Store purchases:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with your Apple ID.
- Find your ChorifIQ purchase and select Request a Refund.
- Choose a reason and submit.
Apple typically reviews refund requests within a few days.
Request a Refund on Android
Section titled “Request a Refund on Android”Google handles refund requests for Google Play purchases:
- Go to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
- Find your ChorifIQ subscription.
- Tap Manage → Cancel Subscription, then select I’d like to request a refund if prompted.
Alternatively, contact Google Play support directly.
Refund Policy
Section titled “Refund Policy”Refunds are subject to Apple’s and Google’s refund policies. In general:
- iOS: Refunds are typically available within 14 days of purchase at Apple’s discretion.
- Android: Google Play may offer refunds within 48 hours of purchase; longer windows require direct support.
ChorifIQ does not have visibility into refund decisions — they are made entirely by Apple or Google.
