Canceling Your Subscription
ChorifIQ subscriptions are managed by the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). To cancel, you manage it through your device’s subscription settings — not through the ChorifIQ app itself.
Cancel on iOS (App Store)
Section titled “Cancel on iOS (App Store)”- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your Apple ID (your name at the top).
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Find ChorifIQ in the list and tap it.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
Alternatively: Open the App Store → tap your profile icon → Subscriptions → select ChorifIQ.
Cancel on Android (Google Play)
Section titled “Cancel on Android (Google Play)”- Open the Google Play Store.
- Tap your profile icon (top right).
- Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Find ChorifIQ and tap it.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.
What Happens After Canceling
Section titled “What Happens After Canceling”- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- After that, your family is moved to the Free plan.
- Bulk-imported chores that exceed Free plan limits are automatically deactivated (but not deleted).
- You can resubscribe at any time to restore access.
