Canceling Your Subscription

ChorifIQ subscriptions are managed by the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). To cancel, you manage it through your device’s subscription settings — not through the ChorifIQ app itself.

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap your Apple ID (your name at the top).
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Find ChorifIQ in the list and tap it.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Alternatively: Open the App Store → tap your profile icon → Subscriptions → select ChorifIQ.

  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. Tap your profile icon (top right).
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  4. Find ChorifIQ and tap it.
  5. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.
  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • After that, your family is moved to the Free plan.
  • Bulk-imported chores that exceed Free plan limits are automatically deactivated (but not deleted).
  • You can resubscribe at any time to restore access.
